I’ve spent over 20 years mastering the art of food and the science of nutrition. Now, I’m helping you navigate the "messy" (but beautiful) journey of raising confident, adventurous eaters.

Why I Do This

The Pivot from Clinic to Home For years, I’ve worn many hats Reno native, Registered Dietitian, and Professional Chef. I’ve worked with everyone from high-performance athletes to patients navigating complex medical recoveries. But through all those experiences, I kept seeing the same common thread: The most important relationship we have with food begins at the very first bite.

I founded Fueling Future Foodies because I believe parents shouldn't have to choose between clinical safety and the joy of a good meal. You deserve a guide who understands the "why" behind nutrition and the "how" of the kitchen.

As a ServSafe® Certified Food Protection Manager, safety isn’t just a buzzword for me it’s the foundation of everything I teach, especially when it comes to preventing choking and handling allergens.

Evidence Based Education

My journey took me from Truckee Meadows Community College to the University of Nevada, Reno, followed by a rigorous internship at Keith and Associates (KADDI). I’ve spent my career translating complex nutrition science into practical, everyday steps.
